Talent&Pro is specialised in Operational Consultancy to the international Insurance and Banking markets. Talent&Pro employs over 300 staff deployed throughout Europe and in China. Strategically adding value to work flow and project management needs. Talent&Pro was founded in 1999 by Maarten Timmerman (psychologist) and Cint Kortmann (sociologist). On the reporting side, PeopleXS offers the ability to easily create several dozen kinds of reports in addition to dashboard functionality. These tools can be used by Talent&Pro as a fast assessment to see which areas within the recruitment process are performing well, and which ones need attention. When it came to integration, the versatile character of the PeopleXS Professional edition allowed for a no-nonsense, fast integration process. 5 days was all the PeopleXS consultancy team needed to complete a thorough, effective implementation.
