Talent&Pro is specialised in Operational Consultancy to the international Insurance and Banking markets. Talent&Pro employs over 300 staff deployed throughout Europe and in China. Strategically adding value to work flow and project management needs. Talent&Pro was founded in 1999 by Maarten Timmerman (psychologist) and Cint Kortmann (sociologist). With the idea of filling the gap between university and working life, they developed a unique mission statement: "we develop people for the market". To encourage personal and professional development, Talent&Pro became the company, where Master and Bachelor graduates expand their horizons, gaining experience and expertise. After eight years Talent&Pro has delivered several professionals to the marketplace, of which many are working at former clients.

A review of the recruitment activities within Talent&Pro established the need for a refinement of all the recruitment processes. The software that Talent&Pro were using at the time was adequate for the job, but it quickly became apparent that time and efficiency were lost because of a lack of process- and candidate overview, as well as the absence of an integration with job boards and communities.

Talent&Pro realized that a dedicated recruitment application would help them to accelerate their recruitment processes and possibly have other advantages as well. The company chose PeopleXS from a group of several recruitment solution providers. The main reason that Talent&Pro chose PeopleXS was because of the flexibility in managing recruitment processes. Talent&Pro comments: “When other companies customize their product to the clients needs, they make the mistake of setting that customization in stone. This means that changes can no longer be made after the implementation has finished. PeopleXS allows us to customize our processes by ourselves and change it later on if this is necessary”. With PeopleXS Professional Edition at their disposal, Talent&Pro has the freedom to customize every possible aspect associated with recruitment processes. Among others this includes custom match profiles, forms, objects, pick lists and templates.Talent&Pro have also integrated their recruitment activities with major job boards by means of PortalXS. This tool, which provides integration through web services, allows the recruiter to place vacancies on job boards directly from PeopleXS.
When a candidate now applies at Talent&Pro, the information is also linked straight back into PeopleXS. On the reporting side, PeopleXS offers the ability to easily create several dozen kinds of reports in addition to dashboard functionality. These tools can be used by Talent&Pro as a fast assessment to see which areas within the recruitment process are performing well, and which ones need attention. When it came to integration, the versatile character of the PeopleXS Professional edition allowed for a no-nonsense, fast integration process. 5 days was all the PeopleXS consultancy team needed to complete a thorough, effective implementation.
