Combining the popular Outlook mail and calender facilities with Peoplexs' tracking and workflow capabilities improves personal effectiveness of recruiters
The new Control Center in peoplexs offers recruiters an overview of the status of the applications in their domain, the e-mail inbox and an appointment schedule. All in one screen. From here applicants CV's can be viewed, incoming e-mails can be answered, appointments can be made, etc. The Control Center will offer the recruiter an instant overview of the tasks at hand from which all actions can be initiated. This 'one-stop' approach will improve personal effectiveness by saving time and providing insight into several applications and information sources at the same time.
The integration with Microsoft Outlook® is a logical next step for peoplexs. The main goal of the peoplexs recruitment software is to automate the tedious and administrative tasks of the recruiter. The peoplexs Control Center will be an important step in reaching this goal.
