The bank implements PeopleXS ASP service to support offshore outsourcing project in India
The bank has implemented the PeopleXS recruitment system to support the recruitment of employees on the offshore outsourcing project in India. Main requirement was a fast implementation to ensure that the continuation of the project was not disrupted. The overall goal was to start tracking the existing recruitment process as accurate and as early as possible in the pipeline in order to create visibility in the current and future status for the various internal customers. The project and therefore also the implementation cover a bank wide solution that stretches over locations in the Netherlands, the UK, USA and India through ASP.
The co-operation and teamwork between the project team and PeopleXS has been remarkable in order to realise a fast implementation. Within several days the platform has been set up and the data has been converted. Additionally some tailored solutions have been implemented that have lead to the exact transparency, which was required as a result of the project.
Head of the bank's department: "the reporting possibilities are now exactly what we were looking for to gain insight in the status of the recruiting process. Now we are able to keep an eye on the new offshore organisation and respond swiftly and adequately with the appropriate actions where necessary".
Right along with the success of the PeopleXS application in giving transparency in the recruitment process was the actual usage of the online service by the HR staff. Due to the simplicity and clear feautures of PeopleXS the recruiters have been able to start immediately, with only a brief introduction by telephone. No extensive training sessions were required.
