PeopleXS adds Duplicate Alert and Analyzer in Online Recruitement System
Very often recruiters are confronted with candidates that react to multiple vacancies with multiple e-mail addresses. This potentially leads to inefficiencies as it is not clear what the identity of the candidate is and more importantly whether the candidate registered for multiple applications.
This issue is addressed in the latest upgrade of PeopleXS:
- Alerting process takes place upon entering a new candidate
- The system recognizes duplicate candidates
- Applied rules are customizable (e-mail, address etc.)
The duplicate alerted message can be overruled by the user
At the same time the Analyser runs a verification process with customizable rules and the user is given the option to merge.
